Title: Guest Services Agent – Short-Term Rentals (Remote)

We are hiring remote guest services professionals to support a U.S.–based and Brazil–based short-term rental operation (Airbnb, Local.com, Booking.com and others).
This is a high-reliability position: availability, fast response, and stable internet are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest messages quickly and professionally
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs
• Support guests during their stay
• Report issues and follow standard operating procedures
• Work assigned shifts with consistency
Requirements:
• Always-on reliable internet + phone availability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow scripts and operational guidelines
• Calm, professional attitude with guests
• Two shifts available (e.g., approx. 3 PM–midnight and alternate shift)
Pay:
