Step 1: Create the User Account

1. Log into WordPress:

• Navigate to your WordPress admin dashboard.

2. Add a New User:

• Go to Users > Add New.

• Fill out the following:

• Username: valentina (or your preferred username).

• Email: Use Valentina’s email address.

• Password: Generate a strong password (or provide one to Valentina).

• Role: Assign Editor for content management permissions.

• Click Add New User.

3. Notify Valentina:

• Send her the login credentials and a link to the WordPress login page (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php).

Step 2: Test the Login

1. Login as Valentina:

• Use her credentials to log in and verify access.

• Check if she can add/edit posts, upload images, and manage content.

2. Resolve Permissions Issues:

• If any functionality is restricted:

• Go to Users > All Users, and ensure the role is correctly set to Editor.

Step 3: Guide Valentina

1. Create a Quick Start Guide:

• Provide instructions for tasks like uploading images, editing posts, and adding translations.

• Use screenshots or a short video for clarity.

2. Assign Tasks:

• Let her focus on uploading images and improving posts today.

• Set her up to translate posts into Spanish and Portuguese.

Step 4: Monitor Progress

1. Check her updates throughout the day.

2. Provide feedback or address issues as they arise.
