Project Title: Catalyst Win Quote Series – “Clarity Thoughts”
Purpose:
To build a repeatable, brand-aligned visual quote series that can be published consistently across our platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Blog). This will be used to express thought leadership, build engagement, and deepen the brand voice of Catalyst Win and potentially other verticals.
Your Role & Objective:
You are responsible for taking the first set of quotes and turning them into:
A reusable Canva template A workflow for producing future posts A system that can be fully delegated or automated in the near future
This is your project to own. You’ll design, document, and systematize it.
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 – Set Up the Project Folder in Canva
Create a new folder in Canva: Catalyst Win – Quote Series Inside that folder, create 3 subfolders: Templates Final Posts Working Files
Step 2 – Upload Existing Asset
Upload the base quote image: “Intelligence is Faith…” Save it in Working Files
Step 3 – Create a Clean Template
Open the quote image and remove any watermark or branding. Create a new design file based on that layout. Title it: Quote Series Template v1 Make sure the layout includes: Neutral background (beige or off-white) Elegant serif font for quote text Space reserved for Catalyst Win “C” logo (bottom-right, very small) Save this file into the Templates subfolder.
Step 4 – Add Brand Logo Placeholder
If the Catalyst Win “C” logo is not yet available, create a placeholder box that says: << Catalyst Win Logo Goes Here >> and mark dimensions (e.g., 64×64 pixels)
Step 5 – Create 2 More Quote Variations
Use two more quotes from Jay Silva (pull from journal, recordings, or ask for direction) Apply them to the template layout Save each one in the Working Files folder
Step 6 – Export & Organize
Export all 3 quotes as PNGs (1080×1080 for IG, 1200×627 for LinkedIn) Save in the Final Posts folder with naming format: Quote01_IntelligenceIsFaith_LinkedIn.png Quote01_IntelligenceIsFaith_IG.png
Step 7 – Document the Workflow
In a Google Doc or Notion: Write out the process of creating one quote post from start to finish List: Tools used (Canva, Google Drive, ChatGPT if applicable) Template location Naming conventions Post format & resolution for each platform
Step 8 – Present Back
When finished, submit: Canva folder link Exported visuals The documented workflow Be ready to walk Jay through your process and how someone else could now take over your role
Expectations & Mindset
This is not just about design — it’s about building a machine. Your success here is not in how pretty the post is — it’s how repeatable and delegate-able this entire process becomes. Think in terms of handoff, scale, and consistency.
