So I’ll tell you what happened. So, you know, I’m giving away like when we go and we brought a sewer or clean out a sewer or we do a project, what happens is, you know, sometimes when we run a camera down there to inspect our work to make sure that we’re, I actually, when you run a camera down a sewer, we usually charge industry standards $350 to run a camera. I was like, we were getting too many callbacks. We were getting, I was getting $7,000 in callbacks a month.

So I said, you know what? We are, and I used to give a spit for if you sold a camera job while you were there, I’d give you, I’d give you a spit for like 25 bucks out of three out of 350. Yeah. So I thought to myself, you know what? I’m going to fucking change things. I’m going to take, and I’m going to make the guys all do the camera work for free to inspect their work. Now I don’t have the callbacks. Right. And then, so now we’re doing it for free. I said, anytime you guys stick your cable in a sewer, I want a camera shot of it. I want to know the customer by their sewer, not by their name. Anyways Well, they were mad because they were good. They were losing $25 on that and I so I went back and looked in the history of the other work we’ve been doing and Then sold a camera job in 20 in eight months. So I said, you know what you ain’t losing any money. We’re doing a You’re doing that. We’re doing a call back You’re gonna do these camera jobs for free and then I marketed it and told everyone in my marketing that I get a free camera inspection with every job you know and well but it’s really for us to check our own work now when we check everyone was mad about that I was trying to stop the callbacks what it actually did was them running a camera down there it also let us see that there was other problems which increased our workload like the cat that sewer was compromised, whether it was cracked, broken, or whatever. Now it’s gotta be dug up and replaced. So that found us more work, right? I don’t do that excavating stuff. We were giving away approximately 25 jobs a month to an outside contractor to dig it up and fix my customer. So I was going into this I was gonna start offering it myself to keep the money in house. And I picked up two excavators that I hired. I was gonna rent equipment and all this other business. And then you need a trailer, and then you need a truck to pull the machine, and then you need a shoring. It comes out to be about a $200,000 venture. Jesus Christ. Overhead’s expensive, right? So anyways, I bid my first job, and I bid my first job, and the customers thought it was kind of pricey, so they went and got a second opinion. They went and got a second bid. And they called the guy that usually does my work for me. So now he knows that I’m in that business.

So what I did was he was pissed off. And I said, Hey man, I says, I got guys sitting at home. I got overhead. I got to do some billing to freaking cover overhead. And that’s why I’m doing what I’m doing. And I says, you know, I’m just trying to stay alive here. And I was kind of bullshit a little bit, but I was, you know, I was giving away a lot of money. So he got pissed off and then we hung up and I was thinking, I was like, how can I make this a win-win? So I called him back, I said, you know what? I’m firing those two guys. Every job you do for me from this day forward, you put 10% on it for me. And you kick me back 10%. He said, I’ll do that. The size of his jobs are a minimum of $6,000. The maximum are probably around $35,000. That’s wonderful.

That’s wonderful. And I don’t have any other liability. I don’t need all the fucking overhead. I don’t have to extend myself to get these tractors and stuff. So I made a win for myself. You know what I mean? And I automatically put 10% on every job I did. And I fired those two guys. I let them go. I said, hey man, it’s just not going to work out for you. I said, it’s just not going to work out, you know.

And I let them go. And I feel bad about it, but they’re young and they’ll be able to recover, you know.

Where we cut through the noise and dive into the real process of building a business. This podcast, you guys will see, is more than just conversations. It’s an experiment. Wes and I are setting to build a podcast business from scratch, and we’re taking you along for the ride. Today, we’ll talk about our vision, the SMART goal we have set in our fine-tuning, and the various steps you need to take when starting a business. Wes, let’s jump in. Absolutely, Jay.

Um, I love it. So the vision, the vision for this podcast came out of my own journey. I wouldn’t say years ago, but about a year and a half ago, I was I take an inventory of my personal career. And I found myself in a very good situation where my day job gave me everything I needed from a monetary standpoint. However, the work-life balance was not where it needed to be. And the outlook for the future Wasn’t as clear as I wanted to be as far as growth and doing things that I enjoy doing Adding value the way that I enjoy adding value to other people’s lives and businesses So I hired a career coach a fantastic guy And he commented that He said Mr. Silva the world is changing content rules Content is what pays the bills Does the idea of doing a podcast? Sharing my knowledge with like-minded people fun people Through the medium that honestly personally that’s where The podcast medium is the medium through which I consumed a majority of my information online, right? So that was the idea so As time went by, you fast forward to a few weeks ago, Wes, who in the past was a client of mine through my consulting career, ended up stopping by one of my short-term rentals during one of his road trips and we got to talking, right? And I shared this idea of starting this podcast and Wes with his broadcasting experience and we’ll will leave some links of his previous work in the world of TV and radio, so you guys can see him in action, jumped in with ideas. So this podcast is about more than just us. It’s about helping others who are in that same spot, people who want to create something but don’t know where to start.

And for me, Jay, you know, it was an opportunity for me to experience as a business owner, to take my experiences as a business owner. And I guess I want to say share them. But I also want to say, let it be known that, you know, not always being an entrepreneur is easy. Everyone thinks I can go into business. Oh, yeah, I’m just going to business. It isn’t that easy and for to be successful There’s stats out there like 95% of businesses fail within the first five years and things of that manner you don’t want to fail and if there’s any little tidbit I could Give to somebody else to help them survive and not be a failure in their business I thought it would be fun to do this with you Jay So that’s kind of why I did it. I necessarily didn’t think about making this a business. You and I have talked about it, you know, not on the air. And I thought, you know what, I’m not looking to make any money, but I’m looking to, you know, share my experiences, you know.

I agree. And that was honestly the initial goal. How can I create content that adds value to those who are listening and where their feedback, however that may be, also allows me to grow and achieve my own objectives and passion. It is about now for me, Wes, as I, you know, I’m not in the middle, what is it, middle age crisis or whatever we call it, but I know I’m getting five to seven years. So I am trying to prepare myself and fill up my time doing things that are my passion. Go ahead. Trying to do things that are my passion, but that actually help others and not just waste time, right? As you get older and you’ve grown your career in business, you end up having to work less hours and make the same or more money. But then you have empty hours. What do you do with those hours right some folks buy? Motorcycles some folks right get a new girlfriend or get divorced and go travel I’m starting a podcast right that’s that’s what I’m doing and I think it was On our last recording section where we were sort of going willy-nilly that Wesley paused You’d pause me was and you said no I think we should record our journey of building something that we have never built. Of course, Wesley has built his business from scratch, and I have built my own business from scratch, aside from having a career. But this is a different one. It is a medium that I have never tried to add value through, at least not with the current intention. So we’re going to take you guys through the things that we’re talking about on the background, we have created a website where you guys can follow our script creation, our research, our brainstorming, where we’re trying to go. We will be as transparent as we possibly can during this journey. So, this is the first one that we’re recording after pivoting, right, after pivoting the direction that we were going to go. So I’m super excited. So in our next segment, we’re going to talk about the goals. We’re going to talk about goals as far as what we want to do with this podcast. So, Wes, when we were brainstorming, I wanted to say that we decided, but I kind of just put that number there after we finished our last podcast that I said, things that we need a clear goal. And here’s what I came up with. I want 50,000 YouTube subscribers, 5,000 Instagram followers, and 90 days. And I want to do all that with a budget of no more than 5,000 U.S.

Well, we’re going to ask. That’s a great question. How are we going to get 5,000 subscribers? And the quick answer, you know, it’s for everybody to hear. I don’t know. But it is part of our goal for today that we’re about to find out how other people do. So it is one of the rules in business. Once you have an idea, let’s find out how other people with similar ideas or similar vehicles to achieve their objective arrive at similar results, right? And how long did it take? Because part of any business idea, after you have the idea, you have to say, complete sometimes a feasibility study. Right and a feasibility study depending on your industry Not that I don’t think even depend on the industry West in any industry your feasibility study You’re going to be looking at other competitors, right? Yeah So that’s what we’re gonna do. So right now we’re going to pull up YouTube And we’re going to search What was the question how I’m gonna get 50,000 subscribers 50,000 subscribers in 90 days and $5,000 and 5,000 Instagram followers Instagram Followers, oh, let me share this tab instead Here’s me asking the question over there. We don’t need to go through Commercials because I have the I have the premium YouTube so the fastest way to get to 1,000 subscribers I have proof really not as simple. Here we go. Simple as that. There’s actually a right way to do thousand subscribers on YouTube right now is to post YouTube shorts.

and I have proof. But warning, it’s really not as simple as that. There’s actually a right way to do this, and there is a wrong way to do it. For example, on a brand new channel that I started recently with zero subscribers, I posted a YouTube short, and you can see here in the first 28 days, it got 7,405 views. Not too bad. So I decided to try this out again, and in the first 28 days of my second YouTube short, it got 32.1 thousand views. Again, not too shabby. But I got an idea. I thought I could do better than this. So on my third YouTube short, I tried something completely different. And you can see within the first hour of posting this short, I got seventy six thousand views. And today that short has brought in over two million views and six thousand six hundred subscribers. Now, if I just would have posted this kind of a short on my YouTube channel on day one, you can see I would have hit a thousand subscribers in nine days. Now on this channel, it actually took me 28 days to get my first 1000 subscribers, but I believe I can help you get there even faster. People know that YouTube shorts are getting pushed by the algorithm right now. And so if you are posting YouTube shorts, the chances are you’re probably getting a lot more views on your shorts than your regular videos, especially if you’re just a beginner. However, But what a lot of people don’t know is that shorts actually convert more subscribers than the long form content does. And here’s the proof. On this channel, I posted a regular video and you can see that it took off and got a million views in the first 62 days. And if we cross over to the subscribers, we can see that in the first 62 days, it got 1,241 subscribers from those 1 million views. Now on the YouTube short, we can see that in the first 19 days, And when it comes to subscribers on that day 19, when it hit a million views, I got 3,910 new subscribers. That means that my shorts are getting three times as many subscribers as my regular videos. Let me explain why the first two shorts did not do as well as my third short. You see on the first two, I really didn’t give it much thought. I actually used the clip method that you can do on your phone. And so I didn’t even have to edit these shorts. I just pulled them out. From my long form content. I clipped it into a short. I tried to add some text and pick the best moment from that video. And they did pretty well, but they ended up tapering off and not performing that well over time. Now on my third viral YouTube short, I decided to do something completely different. I decided that I was gonna spend the extra time to make a YouTube short from scratch and upload it to YouTube. Now I spent a lot more time on the script and the edit. So this is gonna take a lot more time than just clipping something on your long-form video. However, it ended up being totally worth it. I can’t wait to see all you. I mean, look at this day. It becomes TikTok, right? Literally becomes TikTok. The other, if we think of doing a comparison, right? A quick, quick comparison. Um, of a list, I’ll make a quick list and the 1st, 1 will be strength. We miss, right? What is it? Swap opportunities, whatever and drafts. Right. 1 of the opportunities for shorts on YouTube. For us is that YouTube is the largest platform. But when it comes to shorts, TikTok ruled the world. We know that. But I’m confident that somehow you have heard in the news as of late that TikTok’s about to be banned in the United States, right?

Correct, so the TikTok transition from China U.S. Control, which I will refrain from the politics of it because I lack understanding of that, but let’s just say that they don’t get the goal, right, of being controlled by that day and it really gets shut down, then YouTube will be the TikTok, you know, between YouTube and Facebook and Meta, correct? Yeah. So, and I actually saw I bet it was a campaign from TikTok where they were showing some farmer way in the booties that sold, I don’t know if I would call it a farmer, but he sold cows, right? A cattle, right? Different types, very specific thing. And he said, if you guys close TikTok, that’s 80% of my business, is that 80% of the animals that I breed, I sell for people way far away from where I am that would have never seen me if it wasn’t for TikTok. You know what I mean? So it impacts the businesses out there. So I think this is the first guy that we’re listening. Of course, we want to see more, but I do as a user of these platforms, I do, I am experiencing Push that this guy has mentioned, right? I’m gonna do a 1.5 and let’s go The first step is alignment You really make sure that the short you’re going to make aligns with your channels viewers The reason for this is YouTube is actually going to recommend this short for people who are already watching some of the videos on your channel. So you want those people to be interested in because this is the first pool of people who YouTube actually sees if they like your video and if they should send it to more people. And since my channel is about basketball and the NBA, I made sure that my YouTube short was going to be about the NBA. And the second step that you need to do is your research. You want to start looking around in your niche at different shorts that are going viral, that are getting a lot of views. You want to start just studying them. Once you find some of these popular shorts, you really want to write some stuff down. Specifically writing down the themes of the edits or the pacing or the text, the music, how are they putting this all together? How long are these videos? And start to analyze the data for what’s working in the niche. And I found that there was kind of a specific format that did really well within the basketball niche. And so I decided I was going to take that same format and apply it to the video I wanted to make. Step three is to come up with ideas. Just like a regular long-form video, you really want to be thinking about, what do the viewers want to watch? And then from that, you can reverse engineer a video that would be interesting to a majority of the niche. Now, a major power tip here that’s going to help you get a ton of views is to use trend-serving. This is when you utilize, usually in your title and in your video, the most influential keywords, names, brands into your video. Now, once you have your idea, step Step four is scripting. For the script, you really want to be as concise as possible and leave no fluff in the script.

And just for clarity for the audience doing what we do is you are either a business owner or you want to be a business owner of your transition for your career, trying to manage a side gig, right? Or you’re doing a development, whether you decide to do a flip and fix or fix and flip a house or short-term rentals, whatever it is that you’re doing, that you’re doing on your own, right? You’re investing either your own time or your own money to create something. That is our goal. That is our audience. That’s who we’re trying to help. So you guys don’t feel like you’re alone in this crazy journey. But we want to do without fluff. We want to do just like what he said, 30 seconds from now, he will say that straight to the point. So when we, let’s hear what he talks about scripting. And I think that’s the point I want to make. Once you have your idea, step four is scripting.

For the script, you really want to be as concise as possible and leave no fluff in this script. Shorts are very quick and you want to make sure that you’re getting to the point and getting to the next point as soon as possible. Now if you have a really long script or maybe you’re wanting to take of your long-form videos and condense that into a short, what you can do is go to chat GPT and take that long-form script and then add it to summarize and shorten that script. Then you can use that for your short. Step five is then to shoot your short. Honestly, for shorts, the gear really doesn’t matter, but I like to think that audio matters more than video quality when it comes to short speech. And if you can, ideally, you can move around and get different shots in different places throughout the video to kind of mix it up. Whitney can step six, which is editing. Now, the goal here is you want to aim for a high average view duration. Meaning when someone starts watching your video, let’s say it’s a 60-second short, which is the max duration you can get. You want them to watch all of it. Or maybe if it’s a shorter short and it’s 10 seconds long, you want them to watch that over and over again and kind of spike that average view duration. Now, I have a method that I use that’s going to help you guys as well, and this is called the loop method. Now, you’ve probably seen this before when you’re watching a video, and the ending actually synchronizes with the beginning. Now, if you’re going to do this, you really need to start thinking back during the scripting phase, because the beginning of that script is when you have the sentence, where the video starts off on the second half of that sentence, and the video ends with the first half of that sentence, and that’s how it’s able to kind of mesh together perfectly. Now, as far as the length that I was shooting for, I was going for a longer short. Anywhere from 40 to 60 seconds is what I was aiming for, with really the goal of keeping them entertaining for as long as possible. Now, with editing, if you feel like you’re gonna stretch yourself out to make it longer just for the sake of making it longer, don’t do this. It’s better to actually keep it shorter. At the end of my video, it ended up being 45 seconds long, with the added duration being 41 seconds. And in the analytics right here, you can see that the zero second mark is actually 186 people still watching. That means that there are people who watched the very end of it, and then they watched the beginning again. And so that’s why it’s actually above 100%. Now that you have your short edited, and you posted it on YouTube, here’s the ultimate hack that a lot of people don’t think of And that is to post long-form content. Let me explain. The YouTube algorithm right now really depends on which shorts, and it’s trying to find the right shorts for the right audience. If you watch a new creator, let’s say, and you watch one video, maybe two videos, even if you don’t subscribe, what you’ll notice is you’ll start to see that creator’s shorts on your short feed. So what I’ve learned is that when people actually find your long-form videos, your shorts are gonna get boosted to those people who like your long-form content. And in order to do this step, you need traffic coming into your long-form content so that it can also spike your shorts fees as well. And there’s actually a formula to do this that we call the perfect video recipe. And this is the same exact formula that I used to get hundreds of thousands of views on a brand new channel, even a million views on one video. So what is the fastest way to get 1000 subscribers on YouTube in 2024 in this session?

And they just the fact that he said that he just made our lives easier because if we think about. We are making a long video right now, right? It’s going to be probably 30 to 35 minutes, right? We’ll have to add it and then post it now. Once we added and we posted or even prior posting the long video, we can get the transcript of this video, right? Like he said, throw it on chat GPT and say, make me seven scripts of ideas that are here through this transcript in a short format, no longer than 30 seconds. And with the looping thing, right? The perfect video recipe thing, right? Uh where the result is a high average view duration which is the view length that the person is watching over the overall length of the short and like you said he wants that value high which means the person is watching that over and over and over again so that is wonderful now here’s a management consultant tip, uh, for anybody and everybody. Um, and let me share my notes on this podcast, which we’re going to post. Okay. For anybody to see if they want to see, which is, we are also defining by watching the competition, right? So doing our, our due diligence. We, I have already defined additional goals, not goals, but deliverables, right? What do we want to deliver? Deliverables. We will have, let’s say, four shorts a week from the long content, right? We also have KPIs. We already know that one of our KPIs will be, uh, what did he say? Average view duration. And by doing this research, especially if you’re coming with a partner, right? If you’re starting a business with a partner, um, I’m actually starting, um, a new business with that, uh, short-term rental investor in Sao Paulo that I mentioned to you a couple of weeks ago, when I went into a 50 But when you start a collaboration with someone, oftentimes, whether it’s at the beginning, middle, or at the end of the relationship, because things do end at some point, but especially at the beginning, you will have disagreements, or you will have an idea that you’re really sold on, and the other person will say, dude, no, let’s do it differently, or didn’t you think of this, or would that work, right? Would that work? I set the goal as I sat in a vacuum, as I mentioned earlier to you guys. I mentioned my goal is 50,000 YouTube subscribers, 5,000 Instagram followers in 90 days and spending less than 5K, right?

And I shared that with you Wes live right during the call. And your question, is that even possible? A not as seasoned person will probably take offense to that. So I was open enough, and that’s what I encourage people to do, be open enough to entertain whatever question your partner, business partner, employee ask, at least the first time, especially if you are in a brainstorming session, right? Especially if you’re creating something, which is a completely different thing that if you are giving a instruction, expectation or direction during expectations of direction, that is the responsibility of your employee or even the responsibility of your partner, right? Or of a collaborator. You don’t ask. I personally don’t actually entertain questions. If time is of the essence, it’s time to act. If it’s my responsibility to dish out, I’m going to dish out. No questions asked. Go do your thing. But in a brainstorming session, in a collaborative type of forum, which this is what we’re doing, it is my responsibility for the good of the whole to take every question and challenge that you, Wes, gives me with an open heart and entertain that and go through it. Because we did that, and what do we have? I have more confidence that we can perform, we can deliver on that. Number one. And we have better ideas of how to do it and do it easier than what we’re going to do. Right. Because in business there are times that we have to listen. Yeah, I actually, I gained confidence with the fact that we’re getting some ideas now how to accomplish this. You know, I was a part of another podcast and they couldn’t grow it. I didn’t know why, I was just the host of it and I was not the owner. I didn’t feel it was right for me and I just did this as a hobby, as kind of a, you know, I was exploring acting and whatnot. I didn’t think it was my responsibility not that it wasn’t my responsibility. I didn’t think it was welcomed my opinion by the owner to try to grow the To grow the podcast not that I had I had some different ideas. I wanted to throw at the owner But he didn’t seem to be Welcome my opinion and so out of respect for him being my employer I kept my mouth shut and did what I was told and well the podcast failed and you know you know that’s all I can say. I’m feeling a lot more confident in this because we’re doing our research and finding out different angles from different people. I remember when I was an apprentice and I had a journeyman. My journeyman I about six months working with him, he would always ask my opinion. What do you think, what should we do here? What do you think we should do here? And he says, you know, I may not always go with what you say, but I will listen and if it’s a better idea than what I got going on, we’ll go your way. Over time he started using my ideas more often, but I use that same sense and that same line with my people. But you got to keep an open mind. You don’t know it all. I don’t know it all. But I don’t want to be afraid of making a decision. So you take it and you analyze the data being thrown at you and you make a decision without overthinking it.

I love it. I love that, that analogy. I’m not sure how long we have been on the podcast today, but I know at some point we are going to make the connection. It always comes to my mind when we’re having conversations like those where as the boss, and it’s not necessarily that we’re only talking to business owners here. I’m also talking to you and you and you and you, whether you are a director at a call center that has five managers under you, and you have this call center, and you’re having trouble getting folks to follow your lead of how to execute day-to-day operations. These things that Wesley is saying, these anecdotes, they still work. There are times, there are meetings that you set with your team that are meetings to listen and collaborate. There are other meetings, especially when you are sort of in a not literal, but figurative fire drill, right? Something went bad. You’re trying to rally the troop to dish out activities to recover. That is not a brainstorming activity. That is an activity where you as the leader should make it very clear to your that the time that it takes for them to act is just as important as them acting. So you have to shorten the amount of time between what you say and when they start doing it. And to do that, you have to reframe things in the sense, today, this is a pit stop, right? We have to change the tires, put the gas, see if there’s any issues in this car and get it right back on the road, whether it was a planned pit stop or a non-planned pit stop, right? Think of NASCAR, think of Formula One. No matter what, when that car comes, they are ready, and that’s a fire drill. There’s no questions asked. It’s just the goal is to get the car back on the road, not to be questioning why is the left tire, you know, with more wear and tear than the right tire. We don’t care. We change the them all to get this thing back on the road, but being clear about. What kind of meeting, what kind of conversation you’re having with your employees, with your team, it is critical for a small business. I’m saying, especially because small business owners, they usually have long-term relationships with the people that work with them. Sometimes you’re working with your wife. Sometimes you’re working with your nephew. Sometimes like you, as your son helps you with some attorney things, you know what I’m saying? But it’s still your business. And sometimes you have to even have a safe word and say, at times, I’m just going to tell you to do some. Just do what I say. I know I could be wrong, but I’ll take the brunt of it because time is of the essence. And that’s what it is. And you don’t lose the relationship because you’re being transparent about your intention and in what situation you’re in. So I love that. I love that you go through the same thing that I go through. And I’m loving the fact that we have this opportunity to be sharing these nuggets that, quite honestly, when I went through college, both in civil engineering and in business management and admin, no one stopped to teach me that. You know what I mean? No one. There’s no such a thing. So with that, any parting words before we go about our day? What you got going on today, Wes? Because I know this week for was full of ups and downs and you just closed an amazing deal of 10% rebate on some work that you can give about and you saved two full-time employees that you were about to bring on board that you don’t have to because you made yourself a better deal. So I’m sure you’re feeling really good right now. I’m feeling really good.

There was stress underneath the decision I was going to make. So just so everyone knows out in podcast land, I was going to invest in starting an excavating part of division of my company. Well, there’s a lot of upfront costs and we get a lot of those jobs. And I was thinking, okay, well, there’s a lot of upfront costs. I calculated about $200,000 I’d need upfront to make this happen. And then I didn’t have that security that know it would work, and that we would be good at it. And this, that and the other thing, insurance is high, a lot of liability. And all of a sudden, I thought to myself, the guy that I’m hiring to do it now, tell him that I want 10% on every job I throw at him, then I don’t have to buy anything. I lost my $200,000 money up front, I got rid of all liability. And all I’m doing is talking in my office making money with saying every job I get you and we give him approximately about 30 a month, 25 to 30 a month. And yeah, two different jobs 2530 jobs a month and his lowest ticket prices about $6,000. So if I ask for 10% that 600 bucks that I made just by giving Like I said, I lost the liability. I don’t have to carry heavy insurance, everything all around.

It was a home run. And let me say this to the folks, because Wes shared this. He shared the story offline on the first 10 minutes when we hopped in. And it is an attitude of humbleness, because when he was sold on going with this excavator division, we had this conversation back when he was in Cleveland and we were eating at the, it was right before we went out to eat at that Blue Habanero Mexican restaurant that you were talking about. I’m gonna do this, I’m gonna do that, et cetera, et cetera. I’m like, darn, this is a heck of an undertaking, right? But you went through it, you went through the whole process. And what he hasn’t shared is that the person that he refers the business to, that he was referring these 30 to 40 jobs a month found out that he was going to go into it, and of course, created some type of friction, right? Someone else that is not Wesley, with less emotional intelligence, would say, you know what? You go screw yourself, right? I don’t care. I’m going to take over a business. I’m going to take over the world because I am the best in Wisconsin, and I don’t care, right?
