The Proposal
Here’s the structure for those stepping into the CatalystWin Board:
🟦 Title & Role
Each person receives a proposed title that matches the value and expertise they bring.
Time Commitment
🟦 Time Commitment
• 1 hour per month for the Board Meeting
• 30 minutes of preparation
• 12 months of contribution = vested ownership
Ownership Structure
Complete your board-year and you vest 1% of CatalystWin.
The first 10% of the company will be structured through this model — exclusively for the initial group of leaders already aligned with our mission.
🟦 Optional Additional Ownership
Members who wish to expand their stake can contribute a yearly membership fee, which represents their portion of the firm’s projected annual overhead.
This gives the contributor an additional 1%.
